Administrator

We are looking for a Administrator to join Thermatic Drainage to work with us at our office in Deeside.

Thermatic Technical FM are a full-service Technical Facilities Management provider, offering bespoke solutions across a range of services. Our drainage division covers everything from maintaining Sustainable Drainage Solutions (SuDS), to drain and pipe repairs, CCTV surveys, drain cleaning, and surface cleaning solutions.

Hours & Location of Work:

Main location – Deeside Industrial Park, Tenth Ave, Deeside, CH5 2UA.

Regular hours of work - Monday to Friday, working a 40 hour working week. 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications:

• At least two years' experience in an administrative role
• Good reading and writing skills
• Strong grammar and spelling
• Competent keyboard skills
• Good communication
• An ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work on own initiative with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Experience in the drains industry would be an advantage, with knowledge of Sewer Viewer
• Experience of fleet management would be an advantage.
• Computer literate with excellent Microsoft Office Skills.

Responsibilities include:

• General data inputting
• Updating payment applications
• Scanning documents to the relevant job folders
• Collating daily vehicle check sheets and highlighting any issues
• Monitoring vehicle maintenance schedules and booking in for repairs and routine maintenance
• Updating close call tracker
• Circulating team brief documents
• Checking weekly timesheets
• Booking hotels for the site teams
• Filing, post and stationery
• Answering phone calls
• General office duties
• Comply with statutory and company obligations and procedures in the areas of quality, the environment and health & safety standards
• Complete any required training for the position.
