Technical Apprenticeships

As an HVAC and M&E services provider, we offer national apprenticeships in Gas, Refrigeration & AC, and Electrical.

All of our technical apprenticeships are supported by indepth programmes delivered by our inhouse Technical Team and apprenticeship champions.

FM & Contract Team Apprenticeships

Working in FM brings it's own challenges that you might not find elsewhere.

Our office-based apprenticeship programmes are designed to give you the experience and knowledge you need to succeed in an FM career with solid foundations that can be transferred across a wide range of roles, industries, and sectors.

Support Services Apprenticeships

Supporting our field-based engineers, technical teams, and contracts teams are a variety of support functions.

Our Newest Apprentices

In National Apprenticeship Week, we welcomed Bradley, Alex, and Johnny onto our apprenticeship programme.


Bradley, new to the business, and Alex, moving into a new role, are both undertaking Finance apprenticeships.


Johnny has joined one of our contract teams as our latest Business Administration apprentice where previous apprentices have gone on to progress their careers within Thermatic.

Technical Team Strengthened

Two long-standing Thermatic engineers have stepped into Technical Manager roles, strengthening our Technical Team and technical contract support.


With a combined 40 years on the tools, we're thrilled to have Ian and Darren bring their wealth of knowledge, skills, and experience to the team and dedicate themselves to the continuous improvement of our business.

Drainage Promotes Depot Manager

Thermatic Drainage is pleased to announce the promotion of Jay Tinlsey to Depot Manager.


Over the last 16 month, Jay's dedication and leadership have made a significant impact on our Drainage division. A well-deserved appointment and one that will help drive Thermatic Drainage forward.

Sharon Hogg Celebrates 20 Years!

Sharon Hogg, Thermatic Technical FM Account Manager recently celebrated 20 years at Thermatic!


Joining Thermatic in 2004, Sharon has worked her way up to Account Manager, succesfully leading high-performing contract teams and providing employees and clients with a consistently supportive, safe, and friendly approach in all she does.
